Team Falcons offers refunds under specific conditions, depending on the type of product or service purchased. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase while maintaining fair business practices.

2. Merchandise Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Merchandise Returns

You may be eligible for a refund on merchandise purchases under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)

2.2 Merchandise Condition

To qualify for a refund, returned merchandise must be:

  • In new, resalable condition
  • Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Complete with all original packaging, tags, and accessories

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use may not qualify for a refund or may receive a partial refund at our discretion.

2.3 Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If you receive merchandise that is damaged or defective:

  • Provide clear photos of the damage or defect

3. Digital Products and Subscriptions

3.1 Digital Content

Due to the nature of digital products (including but not limited to e-books, digital guides, or downloadable content), all sales are final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

If you are unable to access or download your digital purchase, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

3.2 Subscriptions

For subscription services:

  • Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the current billing period
  • Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within the first 14 days after purchase

4. Event Tickets and Registrations

4.1 Standard Event Tickets

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:

  • Event tickets are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation by Team Falcons
  • If an event is canceled by Team Falcons, we will issue a full refund for the ticket price
  • If an event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date

4.2 Event Date Changes

If an event is rescheduled:

  • Your tickets will remain valid for the new date
  • If you cannot attend on the new date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement of the date change
  • After the 14-day period, tickets for rescheduled events become non-refundable

4.3 VIP Packages and Special Events

VIP packages and special event tickets may have different refund policies, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Please review the specific terms for these tickets before completing your purchase.

5. Refund Process

5.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request
  3. For merchandise returns, wait for a return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back to us following the provided instructions
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund

5.2 Return Shipping

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Team Falcons error (such as sending an incorrect or defective item).

We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return can be verified if needed.

5.3 Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Bank transfers may take up to 14 business days to process
  • Alternative payment methods (PayPal, etc.) generally process within 2-5 business days

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item rather than request a refund:

  • Contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase
  • Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange
  • Specify the replacement item you would like (size, color, etc.)

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item costs more than the original purchase, you will need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

The same condition requirements apply to exchanges as to returns.

7. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

7.1 Sale Items

Items purchased during sales or promotional events may be marked as "Final Sale" and not eligible for return or refund. This will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.

7.2 Promotional Items and Gifts

Free promotional items or gifts received with purchases are not eligible for refund or return value. If you return an item that qualified you for a free gift, you must also return the gift, or its value will be deducted from your refund.

7.3 Force Majeure

Team Falcons reserves the right to modify this refund policy in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
